Hi, I’m Lennard.
I began my professional journey as a designer and computational engineer in the field of Architecture. This was like a childhood dream come true. I got the chance to build planning algorithms for city planning in Cologne, Germany. I solved tricky geometric problems for construction and engineered information systems for iconic projects, such as Singapore's Changi Terminal 4.
My expertise and desire to improve efficiencies turned me into an “accidental entrepreneur.” I am the technical founder of a BIM and Information Management Consultancy, which I spent five years scaling up. It was a period filled with rich experiences. I grew and led a large technical team, ran consultative sales and established a respectable technology business in the APAC region.
During this time, I developed a fascination with developments in machine learning and data science. This ultimately caused my departure from the real estate field in pursuit of faster moving industries with more emphasis on data.
I have a Bachelor of Architecture from SCI_Arc (LA) and a Masters of Computer Science from NUS (Singapore).
This website initially served as a way to display my abilities while transitioning from the built environment to the ML/DS domain. Having fulfilled its objective, it is now transforming into a digital garden.
